Sculptors’ Workshops

We have developed a long-term concept to restore flexibility and clarity of the structure despite a different usage. A cost-efficient configuration of the artist’s workshops, in which smaller units can be combined into larger ones, is being implemented. The studios are well-lit, their simple room layouts allow for a variety of uses, and direct delivery of materials from outside is possible.

The distinctive sky-lit halls in the central avant-corps, which are accessible through the main staircase and the vestibule, serve as public multifunctional space and shared studios. The artist’s workshops are situated in the side wings.
