Even if the “Mozartstöckl” is a bit overshadowed by the “Mozarthaus”, its location is excellent: the house and garden in direct vicinity of Lake Wolfgang can be used for events; eastward openings in the roof allow for a gorgeous view of the lake.

The massive foundation remains unchanged, the wooden formwork is to be replaced by windows.
