Senior Citizen Center Atzgersdorf, 1230 Vienna

The urban competition aims to develop the urban quarter surrounding the historic town center. The three to four-storied atrium house defines the obsolete site and creates a well-balanced open space along with a sunny, wind-shaded courtyard.
